The date is for Saturday September 4, 2021 in Hall B which includes access to the beautiful outdoor courtyard.
We have already put down a $6,000 deposit towards the minimum spend for the venue, which is $41,000 (with the option to switch to a "micro event" package with a $25,000 minimum spend). Minimum spend can be reached with food, beverage, service, in-house rentals, ceremony fee, event planning services, and day of catering. We have also booked the venue’s required A/V company. If you’re interested in our date, we may be able to pass that audio, lighting and DJ contract over to you as well.
Château le Parc is a stunning venue and their food is also delicious! Linens, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware and parking are all included in the contract. Saturdays in September are hard to find at this venue (we had to book it in Fall 2019) so this is a great opportunity. The 2019 prices are also locked into the contract, which is a nice bonus.
