Due to COVID-19 my husband and I changed our wedding plans and are selling our contract to the highly sought after Doctor’s House. We secured amazing 2019 pricing for March 12th, 2022. The contract is for the Great Hall (pictured) with a minimum of 175 guests. We’ve put down over $15,000 in deposits, asking $14,000 OBO.
So while they are allowing me to change the date the options they gave me to change are somewhat limited. No Saturdays in June, no dates July-October either. So they’re flexible ish. lol obviously it had to do with availability too, summer dates go fast so they may be booked every weekend this summer already due to postponements from last year and new bookings.
