Hi everyone! ✨ My husband and I would like to transfer our partially paid venue to another couple looking to marry in June of 2021. The Doctor’s House offered us a great deal in 2019, but because of COVID-19 the wedding was postponed from Sept 2020 to June 2021. We have since changed our plans, and this awesome package is available for Friday June 11 with a minimum of 90 adults. The price is variable, in that it depends how many guests you choose to have at your wedding.
Our contract states 100 guests, which would cost $18,735.40 in total. If you chose to have up to the maximum of 110 guests, it would cost $130 per extra person. Alternatively, if you choose to have less than 100 guests (90 guests minimum) the total will be $18.735.40 less $130 per guest. The minimum price would be $17435.40 (90 guests) and the maximum would be $20035.40 (110 guests). There is also the option to switch to another room which can hold a maximum of 130 guests. All of the same pricing would apply.
The venue in Kleinburg is very agreeable to have the names on the contract changed, and all future payments committed on required dates. The cost includes the quaint chapel for the ceremony, an organist/pianist, officiant, an overnight bridal suite, a honeymoon suite, meals (4 course as well as late night beaver tails or poutine), unlimited alcohol, and menu tasting for two.
