Contract includes; Venue rental cost at The Summer House and Front Lawn Ceremony (picture for reference) Appetizers, Champagne toast after ceremony, Open bar for 6 hours, Free night stay for Bride and Groom on wedding night, discounted pricing on room stays for wedding party, BBQ buffet dinner (could be switched to sit down served meal), Lawn games, Camp fire, Use of pool and water sports equipment.
